Physical Therapist
Tyler Livesay
PT, DPT
My journey into physical therapy began as a high school athlete recovering from surgery, an experience that ignited my passion for the field. I pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science at Tennessee Tech University and went on to earn my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, graduating in 2021.
I am dedicated to helping individuals who are motivated to improve their quality of life. I specialize in assisting those who face challenges such as difficulty getting out of bed, playing with their children, going for walks, or even performing everyday tasks like retrieving items from lower cabinets. My mission is to provide care for those seeking relief from pain and a return to their active lifestyles.

Chiropractor
Logan Lamb
DC, MS
I became a conservative musculoskeletal provider because I’m passionate about movement and care deeply about people going through difficult pain experiences. My goal is to help those in pain feel empowered to live life to the fullest—without fear of movement holding them back.
I offer in-person rehab chiropractic services focused on movement, education, and strength-based rehab. I don’t just look for a quick fix—I work with you to build confidence in your body, understand your pain, and develop long-term strategies to help you move and feel better.
