A hands on approach designed for more trainer and client interaction who want continuing feedback. This is for clients who strive to reach top end performance in building metabolism, burning body fat, and building muscle.

  • Initial Nutrition Consultation
  • Nutrition Guide
  • Calorie / Macronutrient set-up
  • Bi-Weekly Check-Ins (2 / month)
  • Nutritional Supplement Advisement (as needed)
  • Cardiovascular Prescription (as needed)

*Nutrition sessions are to be paid for in their entirety and are non-refundable. All sales are considered final, and any unused sessions will expire six months from the date of purchase.

A session tailored for individuals who are actively working towards a personal nutrition goal or working on improving their general nutrition, but find themselves “stuck” or struggling with breaking through a plateau. NO CONSULTATION NEEDED PRIOR TO BOOKING. In person and online options available.
