1. Personalized Nutrition Plan

  • After completing a detailed nutrition questionnaire, you’ll receive a custom plan tailored to your goals. This plan will cover:
  • Organized meals based on your preferences and needs
  • Calorie intake targets
  • Macronutrient breakdown (proteins, fats, and carbs)
  • Cardio prescription to match your fitness level and goals
  • Supplement recommendations to support your progress as needed

2. Weekly Check-Ins

  • Stay on track with your goals! Every week, I’ll review your progress and make adjustments to your plan as needed. These check-ins will ensure that you’re staying consistent and making steady progress.
  • Those looking to lose a small amount to a significant amount of weight
  • Individuals who want to bulk up and add muscle
  • Athletes aiming to fuel their performance for sports or events

Step 1: Complete the Questionnaire

Step 2: Get Your Custom Plan

Based on your responses, I’ll design a nutrition program specifically for you, complete with detailed guidance on meals, calories, macros, and supplements.

 Step 3: Weekly Check-Ins

 Receive ongoing support and adjustments through weekly check-ins to keep you on track toward your goals.

$100 per month for personalized nutrition coaching, a custom plan, and weekly accountability check-ins.

*The monthly nutrition coaching program is non-recurring, allowing clients to opt out at the end of their paid month if they choose not to continue.

Nutrition Drop-In Session ― $30

Nutrition Drop-In Sessions are perfect for those seeking periodic nutrition updates without weekly check-ins. In a 30-minute session, I’ll review your current nutrition plan—whether it’s one I’ve created or one you’re following on your own—and make any necessary adjustments to better align it with your goals, such as weight loss, muscle gain, or performance enhancement. This is a flexible option for individuals looking for expert guidance without a long-term commitment.

*Nutrition programs and sessions must be paid for in full and are non-refundable. All sales are final, and payment is required before receiving the completed plan.
