Mobility Assessment & Corrective Exercise Session

Mobility refers to the amount of active, usable motion that one possesses. The more mobile a person is, the more they are able to maximize their movement potential safely, efficiently, and effectively.

This session takes a deep dive into one’s current mobility and addresses movement deficits, which could potentially be causing pain, discomfort, and/or weakness inside or outside the gym. The assessment is designed to look joint-by- joint at your current joint and muscular function. This approach is based on scientific principals and research. Each booking individual will also receive a custom exercise prescription based on his or her individual needs.

Training sessions are to be paid for in their entirety and are non-refundable. All sales are considered final, and any unused sessions will expire six months from the date of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

At Apple Fitness & Health, I understand that life can sometimes get in the way of your fitness goals, and I aim to be flexible while maintaining a commitment to all my clients. To ensure a positive and fair experience for everyone, I have established the following cancellation and no-show policy:Please note that by choosing to train with Apple Health & Fitness, you agree to adhere to this cancellation and no-show policy.

**1. Cancellation Notice:**
I kindly request that you provide a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for any cancellations. This allows me to adjust my schedule accordingly and offer your session time to another client.

**2. Cancellation Methods:**
You have two convenient options for canceling a session:

**3. No-Show Policy:**
If you do not provide a 12-hour notice or fail to show up for your scheduled session without any notification, you will be charged the full amount of the session. This policy ensures that the trainer’s time is respected and allows me to maintain the quality of service for all clients.

4. Exceptions:
I understand that emergencies can happen, and I’ll consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
