I’ve always been driven by a deep passion for guiding individuals towards their personal health and fitness aspirations. In 2017, I embarked on my journey into personal training after acquiring a solid foundation in exercise science during my university studies. My mission was clear – to transform lives through exercise and nutrition.
Over the years, I’ve dedicated myself to continuous learning and growth. I’ve earned multiple certifications, attended countless continuing education courses, and engaged in practical seminars. These endeavors have allowed me to delve deep into the science of reshaping the human body through targeted exercise and nutritional interventions.
With this knowledge and experience, I’ve had the privilege of helping numerous individuals achieve their unique health, fitness, and wellness goals. My expertise extends beyond the conventional approach to training, thanks to my advanced strength and conditioning internship, where I worked with a diverse range of athletes, from youth to advanced age. Additionally, I’ve served as an exercise specialist in a cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation center and competed in several bodybuilding shows.

I began my career as a personal trainer in 2009 and have worked with people of all ages and fitness levels. What I love most about my work is connecting with individuals from all walks of life. I take pride in motivating clients, helping them unlock their potential, and guiding them toward their personal fitness goals.
I see fitness as a lifestyle. Training allows me to pursue the activities I’m passionate about, including hiking, climbing, and paddle sports. Staying in top physical shape has always been more than appearance, it’s about living fully and embracing life’s adventures. I believe that physical fitness should serve a functional purpose, enabling you to pursue our passions and lead a more active, fulfilling life. This is the mindset I bring to my clients: training not only to look good, but to move well and thrive in everyday life.
PERSONAL TRAINER
Will Long, CSCS
I graduated from Tennessee Tech in 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, concentrating in Fitness & Wellness and Exercise Physiology. As an undergraduate, I was a five-year member of the Golden Eagle baseball team and was part of the squad that made school history by becoming the first team in any sport to beat a #1 ranked team (#1 Tennessee, April 2022). During my athletic career, I also interned with the Tennessee Tech strength and conditioning staff. After graduation, I gained additional experience as a sport performance intern at the University of Louisville, working closely with baseball, softball, volleyball, track and field throwers, and field hockey.
I believe that developing relationships is one of the most important aspects of coaching. Whether I’m training a group or an individual, I always strive to build a close bond so we can achieve the best possible results together. Fitness is the gift that keeps on giving—it opens up so many opportunities throughout our lives, from enjoying outdoor activities to improving longevity. I’ve never met anyone who regrets getting in shape, and I know you won’t either!
Rates
Training sessions are to be paid for in their entirety and are non-refundable. All sales are considered final, and any unused sessions will expire six months from the date of purchase.
Cancellation Policy
At Apple Fitness & Health, we understand that life can sometimes get in the way of your fitness goals, and we aim to be flexible while maintaining a commitment to all our clients. To ensure a positive and fair experience for everyone, we have established the following cancellation and no-show policy:

Cancellation Notice
We kindly request that you provide a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for any cancellations. This allows us to adjust our schedules accordingly and offer your session time to another client.
Cancellation Methods
You have two convenient options for canceling a session:
– By sending your trainer an email (listed in personal bio)
– Through your personal account on your trainer’s Square website (if applicable)
No-Show Policy
If you do not provide a 12-hour notice or fail to show up for your scheduled session without any notification, you will be charged the full amount of the session. This policy ensures that our trainers’ and therapists’ time is respected and allows us to maintain the quality of service for all clients.
Exceptions
We understand that emergencies can happen, and we’ll consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
